You are surrounded by our gardens. The space Located on the spectacular Nicoya Peninsula, Casa Suave Brisa is in a small community called Nosara Springs. Located in Section R of Nosara, locals refer to R Section as Nosara Springs, because it stretches along the Rio Nosara and is home to the ultimate jungle surroundings. Much of Nosara Springs is Biological Reserve land, with nature trails, winding through picturesque scenery, teeming with mature vegetation and an abundance of wildlife. We are in the Pelada section of Nosara, which is an excellent choice for a relaxing time away from the crowds, yet is still close – 5 minute drive, to all the amenities Nosara Guiones has to offer. Because we are in Pelada, we are less than a 5 minute drive to 2 excellent grocery stores, the gas station, bank, hardware store, liquor store, local vegetable and fruit grocery, a terrific bakery and 2 coffee shops, not to mention, we are just a 12 minutes walk (or less than a 5 minute drive) to Playa Pelada. Playa Pelada is the perfect place for families to spend the day relaxing and is also known for its excellent surfing. Playa Pelada is only short walk along the beach or a 5 minute drive to the neighboring Playa Guiones. Our home is a NO SERVICE PET PROPERTY, authorized by AIRBNB Guest access The home has an open air floor plan throughout the casa to include our open air pasillos ( hallways), our salt water soaking pool on the terrace with a grand Guanacaste dining table, very tastefully located in the center of the living space with the adjoining living room and kitchen accessed through the large sliding glass doors. The whole house is full of soft light with many windows and sliding doors throughout the home welcoming nature into all of the rooms. Our living room and kitchen spaces as well as the bedrooms and full baths have air-conditioning. Our kitchen terrace offers soft breezes while creating your favorite barbeque meals in the comforts of our private jungle back yard off the kitchen, surrounded by lush gardens. Our accompanying jungle lot next door offers the guests their own personal green space listening to the sounds of the happy howler monkeys so grateful to reside in the trees of our open jungle space, as we are all serenaded by the local variety of amazing Costa Rica birds. There is parking for two vehicles on our property on a parking pad behind locked gates. There are 2 full baths adjoining each bedroom, both complete with gardens outside the sliding doors and one of which has a luxuriant soaking tub (a rarity in Costa Rica homes and my official addiction). We also have a 1/2 bath off the living room/terraza and a full size washer and dryer in our lavanderia. And what Costa Rican home would be complete without a terrific outdoor shower. There are plenty of beach chairs, a cooler and a beach umbrella as well as room for your surf boards in our “fun activities” closet. ‘Pura Vida’ is an experience for all to hold in Nosara Springs which is just a short walk from popular Pelada restaurants, El Chivo, IL Pepperoni, La Luna and many more. We are a 10 minute walk or less than 5 minute drive to spectacular sunset dinners and amazing brunches served at the Largarta Lodge and only a 10 min walk from river mouth for kayaking & fishing. For those interested in enchanting horseback riding tours, we are less than ½ mile down the road from Playa Ponies, where you can ride a horse or pony especially chosen for your riding skills to have guided tours through jungle trails and across the river to the Gulf of Nosara. As the sun sets, tours stroll along picturesque Playa Pelada, where the waves crash and the orange and pink sunset kiss the sky. The horseback riding tours are suitable for people of all ages. Children are always welcome welcome. Playa Ponies is a local family owned and run horse farm, you can walk to in 2 minutes from the house.
