The Guiones Beach Club is the only gated community adjacent to the beach in Playa Guiones or anywhere in the immediate area. The Guiones Beach Club is very secure, private, and peaceful and has its own private beach access path. For added security, the security team patrols Guiones Beach Club at night, and there are also security cameras around the perimeter of the access road. Casa Verano Eterno is located on the far side of Guiones Beach Club which means it has the least amount of cars or trucks driving by for added peace and quiet. The property of Casa Verano Eterno backs up to an adjacent Finca (farm) which is completely empty aside from some grazing cows and local birds and allows for amazing sunrise views over the nearby mountains.
