The kitchen has a big area for storage and the U shaped working area to create a very functional social-working space, this social space has a double height celling and a cross natural ventilation system that keeps the area fresh without the need of AC. The travertine brise-soleil of the social area makes the light of the morning be gentle to appreciate the beautiful mornings of Nosara. Each house has its own marble private pool and a granite terrace to enjoy the exterior areas. The bedrooms have hotel quality mattresses, open Guanacaste wood closet, a desk (for those who work remotely), and AC. The project also has a purifying water system making tap water drinkable and fresh.
