Guiones Beach is just a 5 min drive away from the complex and the majority of shops and restaurants are between a 5-8 min drive, so you will be conveniently located. The owners of the condos at “Condominium Become” all have a free pass for the co-working space but with the condition that the “total owners occupancy” does not exceed 25% of the working space.
